in Vietnam is still not widely popular, mainly concentrated in big cities and mainly serving foreign customers. In addition, the thesis is only researched for businesses in general, not evaluated for each specific industry. Therefore, the authors hope that in the future, subsequent studies will collect more data with larger information, research for each individual industry to supplement and complete the shortcomings of this research document.
