They only demonstrate humanitarianism and are not a form of income-generating investment. It is necessary to increase the loan amount, loan term, and promptly handle risky debts due to objective reasons for lending to customers;

- The Government continues to issue documents directing local Party committees and authorities at all levels to seriously carry out the annual assessment of poor households; the assessment must be carried out publicly, democratically, and in accordance with reality. Avoid the current situation, in most localities, the number of poor households on the list is much less than the actual number of poor households.

3.3.1.2. For the State Bank of Vietnam.
