Levene's test for homogeneity of variance was not significant (p=0.078 >0.05), meaning that there was no difference in variance between groups. The results of the ANOVA test for differences between groups were significant (p=0.029<0.05). Thus, there was a difference in the average level of intention to quit between SCB employees in groups with different job positions.
