The business results table shows that: The center's revenue has increased over the years, especially strongly from 2018 to 2019. Specifically, revenue in 2018 increased by 24.275%, equivalent to 93.8 million VND compared to 2017, revenue in 2019 increased by 40.535%, equivalent to 194.65 million VND compared to 2018. Although costs showed no signs of decreasing, profits still increased steadily from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, profits increased by 15.924%, equivalent to 17.80 million VND compared to 2017; profits increased sharply from 2018 to 2019 by 85.372%, equivalent to 114.57 million VND.
Marketing costs
Table 4 shows that the total marketing costs of the center have continuously increased from 2017 to 2019, in which the investment costs for online activities are greater than the investment costs for offline activities. This shows that the center pays great attention to online channels when doing marketing and that is the marketing trend of businesses today.
Marketing costs in 2017 were 24 million VND; in 2018 they were 28 million VND and 39 million VND in 2019. Of which, marketing costs for online channels accounted for a larger proportion than offline in 2018 and 2019. In 2017, the budget allocation was 50-50 for online and offline channels, each with 12 million VND. In 2018, the budget allocation ratio changed to 64-36 for online channels at 18 million VND and offline channels at 10 million VND. Therefore, Gia Bao Center has also focused and invested a lot in online marketing activities to bring information about the center's courses to as many customers as possible, while enhancing the center's brand through achievements in searching and training musical talents.
2.2.1.2 Human resources for implementation
Currently, the center's online marketing activities are carried out by three members: The company's deputy director is responsible for planning, hiring people to film promotional videos and run ads on Facebook; posting videos on YouTube. Second, the center's fanpage is managed by a main manager and a sub-manager. The main manager is responsible for posting, consulting customers in need and has the support of the sub-manager.
