Appendix 4: Summary of survey processing results
Civil servants working in State management of labor - Union cadres in Čư M'gar district - Dak Lak province
During the research and implementation of the thesis, the author has developed and distributed survey forms to cadres and civil servants working in state management of youth work - Youth Union cadres in Čư M'gar district to collect necessary information as a basis for assessing the current state of state management of youth work in the district in the past time and proposing basic solutions to continue to improve state management of youth work in the district. The total number of ballots issued was 60, the total number of ballots collected was 60, reaching the rate: 100%. Results of data processing and analysis:

Among the respondents, men accounted for 63.5% and women accounted for 36.5%.
The age of the respondents is mostly between 25 and 30 years old. The proportion of people between 25 and 30 accounts for 66.7%.
Professional qualifications: Intermediate level 7.2% College and university level 88.5%, postgraduate level 4.3%.
Number of years working in State management of youth work - Union cadres: from 1-5 years accounts for 43.6%, from 5-10 years accounts for 51.2%, over 10 years accounts for 5.2%.
