- Chairman of the Board of Directors - General Director of the company : plays the main leadership role and is also the legal representative of the company, responsible before the law for all production and business activities of the company. Directly manages and takes general responsibility for all aspects of production and business activities, the lives of officers and employees in the Company, from capital mobilization, ensuring profitable production and business, ensuring income for workers to deciding on income distribution and fulfilling obligations to the State.

- Deputy General Directors: are assigned by the Chairman - General Director of the Company to be in charge of, direct and operate a number of work areas, a number of affiliated units and enterprises of the Company; at the same time, handle unexpected tasks or absences assigned by the Chairman - General Director of the Company. Deputy General Directors proactively handle assigned tasks and report the results to the Chairman - General Director of the Company at the Company's Leadership meetings or upon request.

- Professional departments: Responsible for assisting the Board of Directors in researching State regulations to supplement and perfect the company's management regulations such as labor regulations, financial regulations, and product quality regulations. + Housing Management Department : is responsible for creating records to monitor the housing funds that the Company is managing, completing procedures for receiving and managing housing funds from self-managed agencies for transfer for sale according to Decree 61/CP dated July 5, 1994 of the Government or putting them into management according to regulations, synthesizing all changes in the housing fund regarding use, rights to use, ownership of houses and land, etc., periodically reporting to the Board of Directors monthly, quarterly, and annually.

+ House sale reception board : organizes the reception of housing funds transferred by self-governing agencies to sell houses according to Decree 61/CP, develops procedures for receiving and selling houses according to Decree 61/CP in the Company in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the City People's Committee and the governing Department, and submits them to the Company's General Director for approval. The board is also responsible for guiding affiliated Enterprises to receive and examine house sale records according to Decree 61/CP dated July 5, 1994.
