pregnant stomach pain
Pregnant women have abdominal pain, the ancients believed: "The cause of abdominal pain is due to the fetus's pulse being blocked, so it is also called (stomach pain). This pain is sometimes in the chest and abdomen, sometimes in the lower abdomen, sometimes in the waist and abdomen". The book "Thien Phu Nhan Nhan Than Benh Mach Chung Tinh Tri" recorded: "Women who are 6-7 months pregnant, the pulse is deep and hot, the fetus is swollen, the abdomen is painful and cold, the lower abdomen is cold like a fan; the reason is because the uterus is open; so use Phu Tu thang to warm the internal organs". It also said: "Women with bleeding, some continue to bleed after giving birth prematurely, some women who bleed while pregnant, if the abdomen hurts while pregnant, that is the condition of stomach pain, then use Giao Ngai thang". "Women who are pregnant and have abdominal pain and twisting, use Dang Quy Thuoc Duoc San".
Here, not only are the symptoms of pregnancy abdominal pain and bleeding, premature birth and bleeding, and pregnancy bleeding distinguished relatively thoroughly, but the different causes of the disease are also aimed at to suggest different treatments.
1. CAUSES OF DISEASE
1.1 . Cold uterus
The person is weak, the uterus is weak, so wind and cold invade the weak place, collide with the blood and qi, the good and evil overlap and the blood and qi become stagnant.
1.2. Both Qi and blood are deficient.
The body is weak, the blood and energy are insufficient, the circulation is not smooth, and the blood vessels in the uterus are stagnant.
1.3. Stagnant Qi
. • lu Ỉ Í B ' .. .
Anger, excessive worry, liver and spleen stagnation and not being able to flow smoothly.
In addition, sometimes because of food and drink stagnating in the stomach, poor digestion, stagnation and pain, the dialectics and treatment are similar to internal medicine, so this article will not repeat it.
2. SOLUTIONS
2.1. Cold uterus syndrome
During pregnancy, the lower abdomen is painful and cold like a fan, the back is slightly chilled, sometimes there is fever, pale tongue with white coating, and a weak pulse; if accompanied by external wind-cold, there will be headache and body aches, fear of cold and fever, pale mouth, little appetite, normal tongue, thin white coating, floating and active pulse.
2.2. Depression
Several months pregnant, chest and abdomen are distended and painful, both sides of the ribs are very painful, belching , rumbling stomach, no desire to eat or drink, normal tongue, white and sticky coating, deep pulse, red face when exposed to heat, tense head, dizziness, bitter mouth and dry throat, upset mind, little yellow urine, red tongue with dry yellow coating, deep and rapid pulse.
2.3. Symptoms of both Qi and blood deficiency
Pregnant women have abdominal pain, pale complexion or sometimes edema, tired limbs, dizziness, dry skin, palpitations, shortness of breath, dry mouth, and red, sticky tongue.
3. TREATMENT
Abdominal pain during pregnancy often harms the fetus. Treatment focuses on regulating Qi and protecting the fetus. Do not overuse warm and cooling medicines that have the properties of promoting blood circulation and depleting Qi to avoid harming the fetus. Specific treatment should distinguish between cold and heat, deficiency and excess, and discuss and treat.
If the uterus is cold, it is necessary to warm the cold and replenish the deficiency, using the Fuzi decoction (1). If there is also a wind-cold external infection, add a medicine to expel wind and disperse cold, using the Zi Su Yin (2). If both Qi and blood are deficient, it is necessary to replenish Qi and nourish blood, add a medicine to promote stagnation, using the Ba Zhen decoction (3), adding the ingredients Su Yan and Sha Ren. If Qi is stagnant and not relaxing, it is necessary to regulate Qi and relax the liver, using the Xiao Jiao San (4) formula.

Death
Women after pregnancy, restlessness, fear and terror are called dead worries. If there is only mild heat, it is not a disease.
1. CAUSES OF DISEASE
1.1. Blood heat
When pregnant, blood accumulates to nourish the fetus, causing the fetus's energy to stagnate and generate heat. The heat rushes to the heart, making the heart and energy restless, leading to anger and confusion.
1.2. Phlegm stagnation
Most of the time there is dampness and stagnation in the chest, the upper qi does not circulate, which causes restlessness and depression.
1.3. Depression
Too strong emotions hinder the flow of energy, causing depression and restlessness, leading to annoyance.
2. SUMMARY
2.1. Blood heat syndrome
Pregnant women feel irritable, restless, have a bitter mouth and dry throat, like to drink cold drinks, have short yellow urine, a red tongue with yellow and dry coating, and a rapid pulse. If yin is deficient and the lungs are dry, there will also be symptoms of dry skin, fever after noon, hot palms, dry throat and cough, red tongue with no coating, and rapid pulse.
2.2. Phlegm stagnation
Pregnant with panic, fear, restlessness, dizziness, fullness in the upper abdomen, often vomiting and drooling, white tongue coating, rapid pulse; with heat, hot inside, dry mouth, little yellow urine, constipation, yellow tongue coating, rapid pulse.
2.3. Depression
After pregnancy, abdominal distension or pain in both sides of the ribs, sadness and restlessness, depression, poor appetite, normal tongue, white and yellow sticky coating, deep pulse.
3. TREATMENT
Although the cause of the disease is distinguished by heat, phlegm, and stagnation, most of the time it is due to phlegm. Therefore, when treating the disease, it is necessary to carefully examine whether there is phlegm or not. One should not look at the side and give a heat-clearing or yin-nourishing medicine to stagnate phlegm. Generally, moistening medicine must not cause stagnation or fullness in the chest before it can be used. As for the general treatment, if there is heat in the blood, it is necessary to clear heat and eliminate phlegm, using the Tri Mau Am formula (1); if the yin deficiency of the lungs causes mental disturbance, it is necessary to nourish water and clear the lungs, using the Gia Vi Truc Diep thang formula (2); if there is phlegm and dampness stagnation, it is necessary to eliminate dampness and eliminate phlegm, using the Nhi Tran thang formula (3); if there is heat, it is necessary to add a heat-clearing method using the Hoang Lien On Dam thang formula (4); if there is stagnation in the qi, it is necessary to regulate the qi and relieve stagnation, using the Chan Khi Am formula (5) to treat.

THE FOREST OF DEATH
Pregnant women who urinate frequently, dribbling, and have pain are called "Zi Lin", also known as "difficult urination". As the book "Jin Gui Yao Luoc" says: "Pregnant women have difficulty urinating and cannot eat or drink normally, so the formula Dang Quy Boi Mau Kho Sam Hoan should be used to treat it". That is a method to treat pregnant women with blood deficiency, heat stagnation, frequent urination, and pain.
1. CAUSES OF DISEASE
1.1. Heat damage
Mostly due to insufficient kidney water, water deficiency and fire excess, heat moves to the bladder, body fluid is low, and qi condenses and does not transform.
1.2. Low temperature
Because the heart fire is too strong, it goes down to the small intestine and into the bladder, where dampness and heat combine; some people also eat too much spicy, fatty, sweet food, causing heat to stagnate inside, draining the blood and depleting body fluids.
1.3. Vaginal discharge
Vaginal discharge does not circulate, making the urinary tract not circulate regularly.
2. DIALECTIC
2.1. Heat deficiency syndrome
Several months pregnant, frequent urination without benefit or pain, pale yellow color, sometimes red cheeks, tired spirit, heavy head, dizziness, shortness of breath, restless sleep, uncomfortable bowel movements, red tongue, thin, slightly dry yellow coating, rapid and weak pulse.
2.2. Heat and dampness
Several months pregnant, frequent urination, cannot hold it when wanting to go, painful urination, urine volume remains the same as usual, not reduced, white color sometimes pale yellow, distended waist and back, pale tongue with normal coating, slow and weak pulse.
3. TREATMENT
Although the cause of death by strangulation is mostly due to heat stagnation, the treatment is often different from that of gonorrhea. It is not advisable to over-treat it, otherwise it will damage the fetus and cause premature birth. The main thing is to cool and moisten it, which needs to be paid attention to clinically.
As for the specific treatment, if the yin and blood are deficient, the water is dry and the fire is strong, then you should nourish the blood, moisten the intestines, and add medicine to clear the urinary tract; for mild cases, use the following formula:
Dang quy boi mau kho sam hoan (1), if the disease is severe, use Tu lam thang (2). If damp heat is stagnant, use Gia vi ngu lam tan (3) to clear heat, benefit dampness, and clear urine. If the qi is not circulating, use An vinh tan (4) to clear the qi and clear urine.
