V. FX2N PLC:
1. Characteristics:
This is one of the most powerful PLC lines in the FX series. FX2N is equipped with all the features of the FX1N series, but the processing speed is enhanced, the execution time of basic commands is reduced to about 0.08us. FX2N is suitable for control problems with the number of inputs and outputs in the range of 16-128 inputs and outputs, if necessary FX2N can be expanded to 256 inputs and outputs. However, in the case of expanding the number of I/Os to 256, FX2N will lose the advantage of price and installation space of FX2N. FX2N's memory is 8Kstep, RAM memory can be expanded to 16Kstep allowing complex control problems to be performed. In addition, FX2N is also equipped with PID processing functions with self-tuning feature, real number processing functions and built-in real-time clock. The above outstanding features along with the general communication and networking capabilities of the FX1N series have put the FX2N at the top of the FX series, able to meet the most demanding requirements for applications used in small and medium-sized control systems. The FX2N is suitable for control problems used in painting lines, packaging lines, wastewater treatment, environmental treatment systems, textile machine control, and shipbuilding and assembly lines.
