Based on legal regulations and the local context in the coming time, the topic has proposed orientations and solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing compensation, support and resettlement policies when the State acquires land in the District; including important solutions such as raising awareness of the meaning and importance of organizing the implementation of compensation and resettlement policies; perfecting the content of compensation and support policies when the State acquires land; promoting the role of the community in participating in compensation, support and resettlement work; improving the capacity and efficiency of the team of civil servants performing compensation and resettlement work in the District... The requirement is that the solutions need to be implemented synchronously and seriously; however, depending on each specific time, Go Vap District needs to choose and prioritize which solutions need to focus resources to implement first to achieve the highest efficiency; thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
CONCLUDE
Compensation, support and resettlement when the State acquires land is an issue that attracts the attention of the whole society and directly affects the lives and psychology of the people and impacts political stability. Deeply aware of the importance of this work, in recent times, our Party and State have issued many guidelines, policies and guidelines on compensation, support and resettlement for people whose land has been acquired.
