- Solution to overcome existing problems:

The company complies with the regulation of not exploiting an area larger than 5.0 ha for sites with slopes greater than 30 degrees . Clean the forest after exploitation to ensure the flow of water, protect the stream corridor area well to ensure that animals and insects have a place to live.

Propaganda and dissemination to households and residential areas about awareness and knowledge of land use management rights, state land laws, propaganda and good implementation of PCCCR work. Improve the level of land and property management for production team leaders and technical staff. There should be strict regulations and rules on penalties for acts of land encroachment and occupation.

Expand dissemination of knowledge on technical processes for planting and caring for forests to local people. Exchange experiences and technical services, and sapling materials with local people to improve forest productivity for local people.

Before harvesting, Song Thao Forestry Company will re-evaluate the entire invested area economically (amount of money invested in that area); socially (amount of labor invested in that area); environmentally (how much coverage has been increased, water sources, soil erosion) ...

From the evaluation results at the end of the cycle, the Company will gain a lot of experience in forest management, thereby adjusting the forest management plan to be more suitable and sustainable for the next business cycles.

4.3.11. Human resources and training plan.

4.3.11.1. Human resource planning.

The total number of employees in Song Thao Forestry Company is 44 people, which is still insufficient compared to the Company's labor demand. To stabilize production and take the initiative in human resources, the Company annually reviews its staff to ensure enough core workforce to ensure the entire workload for production, with the average total number of employees the Company needs annually being 180-200 people. In 2014, the Company's labor demand needed to mobilize about 136 people from the local area, by 2020 the Company needs to mobilize about 240 people to serve the work of planting, caring for, protecting and exploiting forests.
