effective for developing production and business, while actively contributing to the development of the workers' and laborers' movement and the Vietnam Trade Union. Based on the analysis of the rights of trade unions as well as the practical implementation, the author strongly makes synchronous recommendations on legal regulations on organization and implementation with the hope that competent state agencies and trade unions will conduct research to soon amend the provisions of the law as well as the organization and operation of trade unions to further improve the effectiveness of implementing the rights of trade unions in our country in the coming time.
