Article 3. Implementation
1. This Circular takes effect from date k.
2. The Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency and the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally run cities shall conduct inspections, supervisions and monitoring of the implementation of regulations on maximum interest rates for mobilization in Vietnamese Dong; apply measures within their authority to handle credit institutions violating the provisions of this Circular.
3. The Chief of Office, Director of Monetary Policy Department and Heads of units under the State Bank, Directors of State Bank branches in provinces and centrally run cities; Board of Directors, General Directors (Directors) of credit institutions and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
