Implementation must master marketing knowledge and skills and flexibly apply them in practice. Basically, marketing strategies do not fail in the creative stage. But they fail in the implementation stage. Even with a tight plan and careful preparation, the reality is that we still risk facing surprises during the implementation process. Situations that may occur include: promotional activities are not responded to and effective, products and services are not accepted by consumers, the cost of the advertising campaign is higher than estimated... Therefore, implementation needs to be closely monitored to promptly respond to situations that may arise, and at the same time, adjust the plan accordingly.

Check and evaluate implementation

Regularly checking and monitoring marketing activities can help detect problems and promptly resolve unexpected incidents during the implementation process. After each marketing campaign, summarizing and evaluating helps to review the implementation effectiveness on issues such as:

- Did the campaign achieve its intended goals?

- Have channels of interaction been established and relationships created with investors?

Maybe you are interested!

- Are the results of the campaign commensurate with the effort, time and budget spent?

- Effective use of funds?
