According to Article 53 of the Press Law 2016, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall organize the inspection of archived press. The provincial People's Committee shall organize the inspection of archived press in the locality . In case of detecting press violating the provisions of the law, the Ministry of Information and Communications and the provincial People's Committee shall apply handling measures according to the provisions of Article 59 of the Press Law 2016.
