1. Ability to repay debt from cash flow
Ability to repay medium and long term principal. Calculation formula: (Expected net income after tax + Expected depreciation expense in the coming year)/ Expected investment loan due in the coming year. Ability to repay medium and long-term principal for medium and long-term loans investment in short-term assets Calculation formula: (Accounts receivable at the beginning of the period + Revenue during the period - Accounts receivable at the end of the period in the next year) * ratio of medium and long-term loans to invest in short-term assets/ Medium and long-term loans to invest in short-term assets expected to be due in the next year. Net cash flow trend (data can be obtained by direct or indirect method) Customer's debt repayment source as assessed by credit officer (debt repayment source includes business activities and other debt repayment sources, for example: parent company pays debt on behalf) | |
2. Management level and internal environment | Criminal record of the head of the enterprise and/or Chief Accountant Management experience of the person directly managing the enterprise Education level of the person directly managing the enterprise Management capacity of the person directly managing the enterprise as assessed by the credit officer. Assessment is based on the following criteria: - Dynamic, responsive to the market; - Ability to attract and use talent; - Company management and operation capacity; - Role/imprint on business development. Relationship of the Board of Directors with governing bodies and relevant ministries and branches (excluding Agribank) The dynamism and sensitivity of the Board of Directors to market changes as assessed by credit officers Internal control environment, organizational structure of the enterprise according to credit officer's assessment The internal human resource environment of the enterprise as assessed by credit officers. Evaluation criteria: - Healthy and fair competitive working environment; - Human resource policy: recruitment, training and treatment of talents, working conditions, welfare regime, reward and discipline policies, salary, promotion; - Is the implementation of policies transparent, effective and strict? What is the vision and business strategy of the enterprise in the period from 2010 to 2020? for the next 5 years |
