5.3. Limitations of the topic and future research directions
Firstly , the information collected through surveys is from the customer's side, so it is inevitable that customers will provide incorrect information.
Second , the issue of adding personal characteristics variables that can affect credit risk is necessary, because in many previous studies, it can be seen that there are many factors that the research has not mentioned, such as interest rates, collateral, total assets of customers, or some variables related to the bank such as qualifications, experience of loan officers, management and supervision processes, which are also factors that will affect personal credit risk, which within the limits of the research, there is no opportunity to mention.
Third , regarding the research sample size, although it has been able to meet the required level of reliability in the analysis, however, in order to increase the ability to fully reflect the influence of factors on credit risk, it is possible to add more survey samples, thereby increasing the accuracy of the model.
