FUNCTIONS OF CREDIT RISK CONTROL DEPARTMENTS AT AGRIBANK
a. Customer relationship block: includes Credit Department, Appraisal Department at TSC and Business Block at Branches
Function : are units that directly conduct credit business, receive RRTD within the limits approved by the Board of Directors in each period through transactions, selection and approval of credit granting to customers.

Function: is the department that sets up strategies, tastes, RRTD management policies and manages and operates RRTD management activities throughout the system.

c. Internal Audit and Control: Internal Audit and Control functions include: (i) monitoring compliance with laws and internal regulations of the Customer Relations Division and Risk Management Division; (ii) monitoring credit risk; (iii) ensuring the honesty and accuracy of the financial reporting system and management information; (iiii) reporting internal audit and control results to the superior internal audit and control;
(iiii) Provide monitoring information to serve the management and operation of the Branch Executive Board. Depending on the scale of the Area/Branch, it is necessary to arrange appropriate personnel for each location to ensure that internal KT-KS conducts daily monitoring in all departments.
d. KToNB : The function of KToNB is to monitor and ensure the effectiveness of the Customer Relationship Division, Risk Management Division and KT-KSNB.
