In the same area, there are cases where enterprises borrow from two banks for a construction contract, or transfer loans from one bank to another, causing difficulties in management. Meanwhile, coordination and information exchange between credit institutions is not good. Credit institutions often keep secrets and do not provide information. In some cases, customers are Having difficulties, having overdue debts at this credit institution, but other credit institutions still lend normally, the enterprise's revenue is transferred to many credit institutions, credit institutions have difficulty controlling the revenue, thus easily causing risks.
Recommendation: The State Bank needs to seriously handle the situation of enterprises taking advantage of borrowing capital from many banks to commit debt fraud, causing a situation of unmanageable capital loans from banks. If an enterprise is found to have this behavior, it should notify credit institutions to limit credit provision. At monthly meetings between State Bank branches and local commercial banks, the State Bank should inform credit institutions of the situation of enterprises borrowing from many credit institutions, so that they can exchange information, thereby detecting enterprises showing signs of risk and credit institutions can coordinate together in effective capital management./ .
