CONCLUDE
The United States is a developed country with modern science and technology, contributing greatly to the establishment of a powerful position in terms of annual inventions and innovations. In addition to the reasons mentioned such as the United States having a modern infrastructure system serving research, preferential treatment for scientists, dynamic working environment... another reason that needs to be mentioned as the most important reason is that the legal framework for copyright protection in the United States is very developed, with high flexibility in the process of enforcing copyright laws in this country.
Copyright in the United States is protected by the highest law, the Federal Constitution. That protection is specified and concentrated in the Copyright Act (Copyright Law) of 1976 and subsequent amendments and supplements. In general, the legal provisions on copyright protection under US law are detailed and specific, providing guidance and direction for copyright protection, such as definitions, concepts of copyright and related issues; copyright owners and copyright transfer issues, protection terms, methods of notation, deposit, and copyright registration issues; regulations on state management of copyright;... at the same time, it also reflects the rapid development of the scientific and technological revolution, especially information technology and the internet as well as e-commerce, which have had and are having a great impact on copyright protection efforts.
Copyright laws in Vietnam and the United States have both similarities and differences, especially in terms of legal traditions, legal thinking and law enforcement mechanisms in both countries. However, it is undeniable that the legal techniques of the United States in general and copyright laws in particular have reached a level of perfection that it will take many years for Vietnam to catch up.

Comparative studies of Vietnamese and US laws on copyright mentioned in the thesis show that, to create an effective law enforcement mechanism, efforts from many sides are needed, in which it is necessary to emphasize factors such as: clearly identifying international standards on copyright protection to point out the differences between Vietnamese law and recognized international standards; bilateral and multilateral agreements between Vietnam and other countries in establishing a legal corridor for copyright protection, in which it is necessary to clearly identify the differences in the legal traditions of countries to ensure harmony in implementing international commitments...
Vietnam's copyright protection law has achieved great achievements, demonstrating Vietnam's determination to protect copyright in the context of globalization and international economic integration. The results and limitations in the legislative and regulatory work on copyright in Vietnam show that in order to have a good copyright protection legal system as well as to create the necessary institutions for law enforcement, more in-depth research is still needed. The author hopes that the research results in the thesis on copyright protection under US law will become a reference for research and policy making on copyright law in Vietnam.
