CONCLUDE
2015, the final year of the 5-year plan, has many important political events and many major anniversaries, is the year of holding Party Congresses at all levels towards the National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the year of organizing the Patriotic Emulation Congress. The Government and the General Confederation of Labor need to focus on regular coordination, ensuring practicality and effectiveness, in which focusing on better coordination, effectively implementing emulation movements, contributing to the successful completion of the socio-economic tasks of 2015. At the same time, coordinate in developing laws and policies related to workers; well implement the conclusions of the Prime Minister; coordinate to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers as well as in the work of propaganda, legal education, information on the Party's policies, the State's policies, and civic awareness for the working class and workers; coordinate in receiving and resolving pressing and urgent issues directly related to workers.
In line with the global development trend, the protection of personal rights of workers in Vietnamese labor law has also developed in an increasingly expanded direction in accordance with the guidelines, policies and guidelines of the Party and the State. The latest amendments in the 2012 Labor Code of the Vietnamese National Assembly have not yet fully summarized the movement of reality, but basically, Vietnamese Labor Law has contributed to expanding and developing the personal rights of workers, helping to improve the lives of workers both materially and spiritually. The progress in ensuring the personal rights of workers will become a great driving force, encouraging all Vietnamese people to constantly work actively in production to realize the goal of "rich people, strong country, fair and civilized society".
